AiRTS Pte Ltd has been recognised with the Innovative Technology Award in the Artificial Intelligence Sector for Enhancing Workplace Efficiency, at The International Business Review ASEAN Awards (IBRAA) 2025, held 19 July 2025 at Sabah International Convention Centre in Kota Kinabalu.

Chief Executive Officer, Lem Chin Kok, received the award from H.E. Sarah Al Bakri Devadason, the Permanent Representative of Malaysia to ASEAN.

In his acceptance speech, he declared, “The science fiction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) taking over functional roles at scale, is now a reality. Our patented GenAI Twin is redefining the future of work.”

“It is not just another chatbot or agent,” he continued. “It can take on any role, performing the tasks and producing output according to the unique rules of any enterprise. We are not talking about a mere 5 to 10 percent productivity gain with current AI solutions. With GenAI Twin, we are talking about hundreds, or even thousand percent productivity gain.”

Established in 2024 in Singapore, AiRTS is set to take on the biggest players in the Artificial Intelligence space with their proprietary GenAI Twin technology. Promising AI-based solutions tailor-made to meet client needs, AiRTS’s technology will enhance existing workflows, by enabling any given enterprise’s employees to transition into true knowledge workers in an AI-powered knowledge economy.
